Individual Consultations

For a more personalised option, Livenow Nutrition offers individual consultations. We take the time to listen to the individual’s concerns and provide them with tailored advice on a number of issues, from nutrition myths and fad diets, healthy eating, eating out, weight loss and weight management, physique development, education on food labels and nutrition panels. Clinical nutrition advice is also offered (where relevant) and covers common concerns such as malnutrition, weight loss, cardiovascular conditions and diabetes.
